The ambition for the project was set high — create a space that is so comfortable it can be enjoyed every day and so valuable it can be passed on to the next generation. And the one after that … This is why Make Make focused on timeless design and materials that last for years.
The building complex is located in a scenic area in Zemgale — on the riverbank, surrounded by vast greenery. The project involved the transformation of the main house (built in the 1950s) to match the standards of modern living, as well as adding a bathhouse, a holiday house and separate guesthouses to create a residential complex. The main house is divided into shared space on the first floor (kitchen, dining area, living room, office) and private space (bedrooms) on the second floor.
